Each pack is assembled in our cleanroom facility and the complete kit is ETO sterilized as a single unit.
All Bioanthem surgery packs are ETO (Ethylene Oxide) sterilized in our in-house sterilization chambers. Each assembled pack undergoes validated sterilization cycles with biological and chemical indicator testing to ensure complete sterility. Packs are supplied sterile and ready for immediate OT use with clear labelling of sterilization date and expiry.
