Our cutting unit features large-format stainless steel tables where SMS and SMMS non-woven fabrics are precisely measured, layered, and cut to specification using automated cutting tools.
Equipped with high-performance JUKI and JACK industrial sewing machines, our sewing floors manufacture surgical gowns, drapes, and other medical textiles with precision stitching and sealing.
Every product is visually inspected, precisely folded, and assembled into procedure-specific kits on stainless steel tables in our cleanroom folding area. Surgery packs are assembled with all required components here.
Our automated pouch-making and lamination machines seal products into sterile-grade packaging. Sterilization reels, pouches, and header bags are produced in-house for complete packaging control.
Dedicated machine operators run automated production lines with digital controls, monitoring output quality and speed. Our machines handle SMS fabric processing, sealing, and converting operations.
Our in-house ETO (Ethylene Oxide) sterilization chambers ensure every product achieves complete sterility before dispatch. Post-sterilization, products are stored in our dedicated clean warehouse.
